Softball Recap: Conneaut Area Comes Up Short

Conneaut Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-3 to the Titusville Rockets.

Riley Miller made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI. That double was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Hailey Gilliand, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Conneaut Area's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Titusville, the win got them back to even at 8-8-1.

As of now, neither Conneaut Area nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
