It was a good run, but Bishop Neumann unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 52-37 bruising from the Scotus Shamrocks. The Cavaliers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Shamrocks earlier this season, when they won 48-45.

Bishop Neumann's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Scotus, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Lincoln Christian the next time they take the court. Scotus will head out to face Lincoln Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Bishop Neumann will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
