Basketball Recap: Eastern Christian Takes a Loss

Eastern Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 52-28 to the Glen Rock Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 415th, while the Panthers are ranked 64th).

Eastern Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Glen Rock, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Eastern Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 40-24 defeat against Hawthorne Christian on the 23rd. As for Glen Rock, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-31 victory against Hawthorne on the 23rd.
