Basketball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rapid River last Tuesday, Forest Park came back down to earth. The Forest Park Trojans received a blow on Thursday as they fell 43-28 to the North Dickinson Nordics. The game marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Forest Park's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for North Dickinson, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Forest Park will challenge Norway at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for North Dickinson, they will take on Rapid River at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. North Dickinson is facing Rapid River at the right time seeing as Rapid River is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
