Soccer Recap: Clint Takes a Loss

Clint lost against Riverside back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Clint Lions lost 4-1 to the Riverside Rangers. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Theresa Carrillo, who's now up to seven this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Clint and nudges their season record down to 5-3. As for Riverside, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.

Clint has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Fabens on the 24th. As for Riverside, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Mountain View on the 24th.
