Southwest Florida Christian and Evangelical Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Southwest Florida Christian had to settle for second. They lost 11-1 to the Sentinels. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the King's couldn't push the score so high this time.

Southwest Florida Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Evangelical Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-3 record this season.

Southwest Florida Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evangelical Christian, they will take on Shorecrest Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Sentinels surely won't give up without a fight.
