Rocksprings has gone 8-2 against Comstock recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Rocksprings Angoras just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Comstock Panthers at 10:00 a.m. Rocksprings is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Rocksprings saw some tournament action on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 51-36 to San Saba.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Dwayne Rivera, who posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Hunter Taylor, who scored nine points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Comstock lost to Eldorado on the road by a 56-40 margin on Friday.

Rocksprings' defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Comstock, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Everything came up roses for Rocksprings against Comstock in their previous matchup back in February of 2020, as the team secured an 81-32 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rocksprings since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
