Soccer Recap: Riverside Finishes Even with Tuscarora

For the first time this season, Riverside was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Tuscarora Huskies could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Riverside's draw gives them a new season record of 3-1-1. As for Tuscarora, they moved theirs to 0-2-1.

Looking ahead, Riverside will square off against Dominion at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Riverside's defense better be ready for this one: Dominion have averaged an impressive 2.5 goals per game this season. As for Tuscarora, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Loudoun Valley at 7:30 p.m. on the 21st.
