Softball Recap: Southfield Arts & Tech Takes a Loss

Southfield Arts & Tech lost against Farmington on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors lost 16-1 to the Falcons. The Warriors' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Southfield Arts & Tech saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kendall Evans, 2028, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That RBI was Evans, 2028's first of the season.

Southfield Arts & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Farmington, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Southfield Arts & Tech is taking a road trip to take on Western International at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors are facing the Cowboys at the right time seeing as the Cowboys are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Farmington, they will challenge Oxford at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give the Falcons their first taste of in-conference action this season.
