Volleyball Recap: Kodiak Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kodiak was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Palmer Moose, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Moose this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-1 loss back in October.

Maggie Hubert paced Kodiak's offense, picking up seven kills. Hubert got some help from Fremela Garcia and her 12 assists. Peyton Parker controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kodiak's defeat dropped their record down to 5-29-3. As for Palmer, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-18-4.

Kodiak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wasilla on the 7th. As for Palmer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Soldotna on the 6th.
