Volleyball Recap: Southeast Lauderdale Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Southeast Lauderdale took on Meridian on Monday. The Tigers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Southeast Lauderdale's loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Meridian, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southeast Lauderdale will face off against Northeast Lauderdale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Meridian, they will head out to challenge West Lowndes at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
