Basketball Recap: Lee County Takes a Loss

If Lee County was feeling good fresh off their 63-36 takedown of Cordia last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lee County Bobcats took a 64-50 bruising from the Buckhorn Wildcats on Sunday. The loss continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Lee County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Buckhorn, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-9.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lee County Bobcats face off against the Jackson City Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Buckhorn, they will take on Lee County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
