Basketball Recap: Abingdon Comes Up Short

Abingdon was the 69-48 winner over Ridgeview when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Abingdon Falcons fell 54-47 to the Ridgeview Wolfpack on Monday. The game marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Abingdon now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Ridgeview, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ridgeview beat Abingdon by a score of 54-47 on Tuesday.
