Baseball Recap: South Takes a Loss

South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Manhattan Indians. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Indians this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-0 defeat on Friday.

South's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Manhattan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Manhattan beat South by a score of 15-0 later that day.
