Softball Recap: Brookwood Takes a Loss

Brookwood lost against Ithaca back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons fell 7-3 to the Bulldogs. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brookwood saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Willow Pasch, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Brookwood's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Ithaca, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-4.

Looking ahead, Brookwood will head out on the road to take on Royall at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ithaca, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hillsboro at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 10.4 runs per game this season.
