Volleyball Recap: Peoria Takes a Loss

Peoria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Erie-Prophetstown Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Peoria's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Erie-Prophetstown, the win was the 22nd in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-2.

Looking ahead, Peoria will take on Danville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Erie-Prophetstown, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Sherrard on the 11th.
