Baseball Recap: Piketon Takes a Loss

Piketon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-3 to the Wellston Golden Rockets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Redstreaks of the 14-10 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Piketon now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Wellston, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-4.

Coming up, Piketon will venture away from home to face off against Huntington at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wellston, they will square off against Meigs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
