Volleyball Recap: Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Comes Up Short

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Nuview Bridge Knights. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-16.

Nuview Bridge can attribute much of their success to Konner C, who had nine digs and three assists.

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Nuview Bridge, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School will take on Santa Rosa Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nuview Bridge, they will face off against West Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
