Baseball Recap: Green Sea Floyds Comes Up Short

Green Sea Floyds was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Johnsonville Flashes. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Flashes apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.

Green Sea Floyds' defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Johnsonville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Green Sea Floyds has already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Mullins on the 27th. As for Johnsonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-4 victory against Lake View on the 28th.
