Soccer Recap: Burke Takes a Loss

Burke was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Buena Vista Bison. Burke were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Buena Vista apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Burke's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Buena Vista, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Burke has already played their next game, a 0-0 victory against Bryan on the 3rd. As for Buena Vista, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-0 loss against Bellevue East on the 30th.
