Basketball Recap: Indiana Takes a Loss

Indiana came up into this matchup off a tough 22-point loss last Sunday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Plum Mustangs by a score of 71-68 on Tuesday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Sunday (57), the Little Indians still had to take the loss.

Indiana has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Plum, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.

Indiana will look to defend their home court on Friday against Penn Hills at 7:30 p.m. Indiana knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Penn Hills likes a good challenge. As for Plum, they will venture away from home to square off against Hampton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hampton will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Plum surely won't give up without a fight.
