Christ Church Episcopal posted their biggest win since February 26, 2024 on Friday. They blew past the Carolina Academy Trojans, posting a 66-32 victory. Given the Cavaliers' advantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Trojans are ranked 297th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Christ Church Episcopal got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Reid Hipp out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Adam Brown, who posted nine points and three steals.

Christ Church Episcopal has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Carolina Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-18 with the defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.
