There's no place like home for Dixon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the White Oak Vikings on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Vikings on August 13th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Dixon walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-22, 27-25, 25-13.

Dixon's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-5. As for White Oak, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coming up, Dixon will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Swansboro at 5:30 p.m. As for White Oak, they will challenge Richlands at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
