Volleyball Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

Richards lost against ACERO Garcia back in September of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Warriors fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Richards started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-19, 25-17.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for ACERO Garcia, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Coming up, Richards will challenge Longwood at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for ACERO Garcia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Air Force Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
