Softball Recap: Peotone Blue Devils vs. Reed-Custer Comets
Peotone won against Reed-Custer on Monday with three runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Blue Devils narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Comets 3-1. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Devils sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Sophie Klawitter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk).
