Bethel Christian took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 70-43 win over Packinghouse Christian Academy. With that win, Bethel Christian brought their scoring average up to 53.5 points per game.
Bethel Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Josh Coba out in front who scored 19 points along with 4 steals. The game was Coba's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Kyababchian, who scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds and 6 assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Bethel Christian and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Packinghouse Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethel Christian will take on The Grove School at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Grove School is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Packinghouse Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cornerstone Christian.
