Volleyball Recap: Donovan Catholic Comes Up Short

Donovan Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pinelands Regional Wildcats. If the Griffins were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Donovan Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pinelands Regional, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Donovan Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Manchester Township on the 9th. As for Pinelands Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Barnegat on the 9th.
