Lone Star has gone a perfect 3-0 against Lebanon Trail recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Rangers will venture away from home to take on the Trail Blazers at 7:00 p.m. Lone Star will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

If Lebanon Trail heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Lone Star took over last week. Everything went the Rangers' way against Wakeland on Friday as they made off with a 34-13 victory. Fans of the Rangers have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

A big part of Lone Star's win came down to the chemistry between Rece Hoyt and his top target Trey Wright. Hoyt gained 160 total yards and two touchdowns while Wright rushed for 120 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries.

Lone Star was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 270 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 160 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Lone Star's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Marcel Dominguez was especially locked on to Wakeland's QB and sacked him twice. Another thorn in the Wolverines' side was Nico Viveros, who made 12 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Lebanon Trail played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Frisco, falling 48-27. The loss continues a trend for the Trail Blazers in their meetings with the Raccoons: they've now lost eight in a row.

Lebanon Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lone Star, their record is now 8-0.

Everything came up roses for Lone Star against Lebanon Trail in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 63-23 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Trail Blazers' Hudson Eidem, who rushed for 156 yards and one score while picking up 7.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 53 receiving yards. Now that he won't be playing on Thursday, will it be easier for the Rangers to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
