Softball Preview: Foothill Falcons vs. Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners
Foothill is 3-0 against Southeast Career Tech since April of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Foothill Falcons have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners at 3:30 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Foothill put the finishing touches on their ninth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 9-1 margin over Chaparral.
Isabella Higuera was a major factor no matter where she played. She kept things locked down with no earned run or hits over four innings pitched. Higuera has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single walk in six consecutive pitching appearances. Higuera was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.
