Volleyball Recap: Hargrave Comes Up Short

Hargrave saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Houston Christian Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hargrave's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Houston Christian, they pushed their record up to 4-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hargrave will challenge Atascocita at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Eagles have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Houston Christian, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Second Baptist at 6:30 p.m. on September 2.
