Soccer Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the James Wood Colonels, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that Skyline have lost by exactly eight goals.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for James Wood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Skyline challenge Central Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for James Wood, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Liberty at 7:30 p.m.
