Saugatuck had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Watervliet Panthers by a score of 2-0. Saugatuck's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Neave Rewa and Ava Tringali scored both of Saugatuck's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Saugatuck pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Watervliet, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-1.

Coming up, Saugatuck will be playing in front of their home fans against Holland/Black River at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Watervliet, they will venture away from home to take on Buchanan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
