Basketball Recap: Regina Takes a Loss

On Friday, Regina were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 55-49 to the Lumen Christi Catholic Titans. Regina has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Regina's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Lumen Christi Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Regina will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Fitzgerald at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Lumen Christi Catholic, they will challenge Columbia Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
