Basketball Recap: First State Military Academy Comes Up Short

First State Military Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 49-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the ASPIRA Charter Wolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 57-34 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

First State Military Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for ASPIRA Charter, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-11.

First State Military Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 71-40 defeat against Delaware Military Academy on the 24th. ASPIRA Charter has also already played their next game, a 43-34 loss against Freire Charter School Wilmington on the 24th.
