Baseball Recap: Adna Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Adna entered their tilt with Rainier on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Mountaineers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-1 back in March.

Adna's record is now 12-1. As for Rainier, they dropped their record down to 5-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Adna is set to challenge their familiar foe Napavine at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Pirates 1.8, the Tigers 2.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Rainier will face off against rival Winlock at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
