Basketball Recap: Amber-Pocasset Skates Past Ninnekah with Ease

Amber-Pocasset had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ninnekah Owls 48-14. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

Amber-Pocasset's win bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Ninnekah, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Amber-Pocasset Panthers take on the Verden Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th. Ninnekah has already played their next match (against Maysville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
