Softball Recap: Hudsonville Extends Road Winning Streak to 23

Hudsonville had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the East Kentwood Falcons as they made off with an 11-4 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by seven runs or more this season.

Hudsonville's win was their 23rd straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for East Kentwood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.
