             The Elmwood/Brimfield Trojans are taking a road trip to  take on the St. Teresa Bulldogs  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Elmwood/Brimfield will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak dating back to last season.
 Last Friday, Elmwood/Brimfield humbled  Hamilton/Warsaw with  a  71-36 victory.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Elmwood/Brimfield was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 519  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 400  rushing yards in three consecutive  contests.
 Elmwood/Brimfield's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of  Matthew Glenn and  JT Good. Glenn is also crushing it when it comes to  rushing yards: he's   rushed for at least 111 every time he's  taken the field this season.
 Meanwhile, St. Teresa lost  42-18 to Farmington on Friday. The Bulldogs have now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 St. Teresa's  loss came about despite a quality game from  Caiden Kernaghan, who threw for 110 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 93 yards.
 Elmwood/Brimfield's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for St. Teresa, they now  have a losing record at 1-2.
 Friday's   match might be decided in the trenches. Elmwood/Brimfield has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 453.3  rushing yards per game. However, it's not like St. Teresa struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 222. It's looking like  Friday's  game might have some serious battles in the trenches.
