Basketball Recap: Veterans' Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Veterans was the 75-61 winner over Thomas County Central when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Veterans Warhawks fell to the Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets 67-62.

When it comes to explaining why Veterans lost on Friday, don't look at Aiden Sweenor. Despite the final result, he posted 24 points. Another player making a difference was Trey Byrd, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 11 points and six rebounds.
