Football Recap: Cypress Creek Comes Up Short on the Road Against Wiregrass Ranch

Cypress Creek kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls.

Cypress Creek didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Averi Ford and Elaine Mckinnie.

The critical scores for Wiregrass Ranch came from Kennedy Bequette and Natalie Zuzek.

Looking ahead, Cypress Creek will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Wesley Chapel at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th. As for Wiregrass Ranch, they will take on Tampa Bay Tech in a tournament on Saturday.
