Wahama is a perfect 6-0 against Calhoun since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The White Falcons are taking a road trip to face off against the Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. Wahama will be strutting in after a victory while Calhoun will be coming in after a defeat.

Wahama is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Wirt County with a sharp 15-3 win on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Calhoun's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Gilmer County by a score of 4-3.

Wahama is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Calhoun, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Wahama beat Calhoun 5-0 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the White Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
