Basketball Recap: College Station Finds Home Court Redemption Against A&M Consolidated

There's no place like home for College Station, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the A&M Consolidated Tigers by a score of 47-40 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 29-28 back in December of 2024.

A&M Consolidated lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Camryn Wren, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Rachel Moran, who posted seven points along with nine rebounds and three steals.

College Station's win bumped their record up to 23-10. As for A&M Consolidated, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-11.

College Station has already played their next matchup, a 55-47 victory against Rudder on the 28th. As for A&M Consolidated, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-36 win against Brenham on the 28th.
