 Westby had to hit the road for their first game and  sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. Their  tough  13-3 loss to the Edgewood Warriors  on Wednesday might stick with them for a while.
 For Edgewood's part, they let  Aiden Hernandez and  Riley Baldwin loose on the outfield. Hernandez  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances, while  Baldwin  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Tony Hall, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Westby will head out on the road to  challenge  Royall at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Edgewood, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  match,  an  18-5  defeat vs. Plymouth on the 28th.
