Volleyball Recap: North Central Gets the Win

North Central lost to Milbank back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Thunder came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

Ella Batie paced North Central's offense, picking up nine kills. Batie got some help from Camryn Witlock and her 16 assists. Lindsey Geier controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

North Central's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Milbank, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Looking ahead, North Central will head out to challenge Sully Buttes at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Milbank, they will be playing at home against Sioux Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
