Soccer Recap: Payson Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Payson can now relate to. They fell just short of the Uintah Utes by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for Payson in their meetings with Uintah: they've now lost seven in a row.

Payson's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Uintah, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-10 record.

Payson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Uintah, they will take on Crimson Cliffs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
