Southlands Christian extended their winning streak to six on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 13-5 in the process. Everything went their way against the Fairmont Prep Huskies as they made off with a 13-3 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.

As for Fairmont Prep, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4. Huskies fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Southlands Christian since on Tuesday.

For Fairmont Prep's part, Brandon Kim was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run.

Southlands Christian will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Huskies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:55 p.m. on Thursday.
