Murphy is a perfect 10-0 against Andrews since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. Andrews took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Murphy, who comes in off a win.

Murphy will bounce into Thursday's game after beating Franklin, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. The Bulldogs skirted past the Panthers 5-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Andrews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Murphy, falling 25-5.

Kylie Donaldson was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one triple. Those hits marked the first that she got this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Beasley, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 3-for-4.

Murphy's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Andrews, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything went Murphy's way against Andrews when the teams last played on Tuesday, as Murphy made off with a 25-5 victory. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
