North Adams-Jerome entered their tilt with Pittsford on Thursday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They blew past the Wildcats 18-4. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly 14 runs.

Connor McKay made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits (and only one walk). McKay was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.

In other batting news, Kaleb Hale was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Nolan Paradine, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.
