Basketball Recap: Chiles Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chiles lost against Mosley back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The matchup between the Timberwolves and the Dolphins didn't end well, with the Timberwolves falling 52-36. That's two games in a row now that the Timberwolves have lost by exactly 16 points.

When it comes to explaining why Chiles lost, don't look at Gabe Parks. Despite the final result, he went 8-for-18 en route to 21 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. That was a full 58.3% of the Timberwolves' points, marking the third time in a row Parks has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Carson Ginn, who scored no points along with seven boards and three steals.

Mosley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Smith, who shot 64% from the field to rack up 21 points and five steals. That's the most steals Smith has posted since back in November of 2024. Trey Mitchell was another key player, dropping a double-double with 14 points and ten rebounds.

Chiles now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mosley, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Chiles has already played their next game, a 75-51 loss against Lincoln on the 4th. As for Mosley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-37 win against South Walton on the 5th.
