Basketball Recap: White Sulphur Springs Takes a Loss

White Sulphur Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 49-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Twin Bridges Falcons. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

White Sulphur Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Twin Bridges, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

White Sulphur Springs has already played their next game (against Gardiner), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Twin Bridges will be playing at home against Shields Valley at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
